I just got my mop...it came very quick by fedex..I had a customer coming over to buy a puppy and well I had just mopped with the standard mop and bucket..I had time on my hands because they were running late so I decided to go ahead and try my new h20 mop. Well it went together real easy with just two screws. I had it working in less then 30 minutes from assembling to using. It took maybe 20 seconds to start steaming if that long. Lets just say my floors looked great when they came and today was a humid day so the floors only took a minute to dry. If it were not so humid they would have been dry instantly. But to clean through dog grime which is difficult and do as good a job as it did...then this product is very much worthwhile. I feel great that my dogs can now walk on floors that have to have no chemicals to get them clean. Also I can now say my floors are really clean...I am very satisfied. If it can clean my floors then it can clean any floors. Now I don't have carpet so I can't say how it does on that..carpet would not be feasible with the dogs i have. I have laminate and linoleum floors.

I love my mop. It is very easy to use. My floors sparkle after using it on tile and hardwood floors. Although I had a warranty issue with my mop the company promptly took care of it. The company really stands behind its product. I cannot be happier with my experience.

I was so impressed I bought one for my hair salon with wood pergo floors & it looked Brand New when I finished mopping. I have had the mop for awhile. It was heavy at first but mainly just something different than the regular mop. It took spaghetti sauce out of the carpet. It took awhile but it did come out. Now that I am pregnant it is nice not having to use so many chemicals. I really wasn't fond of putting the previous mop in the sink. It is a great tool and I am glad I got it.

I have suggested this product to many people and feel it is the best to use as I have 3 young ones and one on the way and they spend alot of time on the floor. It is safe and gets up even crayon and fingernail polish off carpets. I love it and may buy another soon as a "just in case" but have had this over a year and not had any issues. Thane updates us with any recall issuse or otherwise cunsumer questions quickly.

Best mop ever! I used to dread mopping my floors and then my Mom bought me an H2O mop for Xmas last year. Now my husband and I argue over who GETS to mop not who HAS to mop! I have a 20 month old which means lots sticky spots in the kitchen, with a standard mop it would take 2 or 3 times to get the sticky gone, with the h2o it takes 10 seconds! Plus I love that I can run it over my carpet to pick up the little spots toddlers leave behind and I know it's leaving my carpet fresh and sanitized for when my little one rolls around on it! The only problem is the mop picks up SO much dirt that eventually you will need replacement pads no matter how much you wash them. But that just means to me that the mop is doing its job!

This is an amazing product. I bought my steam mop 4 weeks ago for my carpets and floors. It cuts my cleaning time in half and you see all the dirt on the pad. Truly amazing product. I'm ready to buy the newest model. Cleans wonderfully!

I want to add to two cents! I LOVE my H2O mop...used to hate mopping! Dragging out the bucket and it took a long time. The floor was wet forever. Now, with my H2O mop, I can mop and it be dried within 20 minutes. I usually use around a cup of water rather than the buckets full! I cant say enough. I also like that it sanitizes, which is important with my children crawling around and often eating things off the floor!

I really do love this mop, it works wonderfully. I'm completely happy with it & the results. My 1st time using it was at a convienence store I worked at.I was so surprised at everything it picked up, including the black marks the vendors would leave from wheeling products in the store. It took forever to get off but with this it only took about 20 seconds of leaving it on there :D I do recommend buying this product, it's wonderful, simple, convenient, & if you're needing to get those floors cleaned but don't have much time then this is definately the way to go! Oh & I've had mine for 6 months now & still only using the 2 pads it came with, thank God & Trane for coming up with machine washable pads. God knows I need to save money right now :D

I purchased the H20 mop(regular) almost 1 year ago. I truly love this mop. It makes my hardwood floors shine and sparkle.... Also my tile floors. The only thing I would change is the cord length and make it longer. Other than that, It is the answer to my prayers.

I just recommended your mop to my sister. I love the one that I practically had to force my husband to purchase for me. Unfortunately, he failed to order the hand unit and I had wanted that one to clean my shower grout. Now I work on it all the time, scubbing away when I could have had your steamer to the work for me.

I do suggest that everyone buy the cloth pads. I just throw them in the washing machine when I am done. It is wonderful.

I got my H2O mop-was very very skeptical and so was my husband - I used on our kitchen & bathroom - put on clean white socks and walked around and my socks are STILL White - I can't beleive it! It even worked on my sealed hardwood floors - I had to give it a try these floors where DRIVING ME NUTS! I did very short bursts of steam and used both pads for my living room - washed them & came back again and the 3rd time NO DIRT - My daughter was hospitalized for severe allergies so we had to tear up all our carpeting & was wishing & hoping this would work without all the nasty chemicals and IT DID!!! I have had the steam mop now for almost a year, and it still performs like the first day I received it. I notice that sometimes the container that holds the water leaks out before I can get into the holder, but other than that it is an awesome mop. I love this mop and going to order another one for my mom. I would recommend the H2o mop for everyone. It cleans all surfaces and it's chemically free!!! I love that, I have 4 dogs and no matter what they might track in to the house, it's not a problem for the H20 mop at all!!!

I just received my H2O Mop today, it came a lot sooner than I was expecting. I couldn't wait to try it out. I did some shopping around and read a lot of reviews before making my decision to get one. I'm married to a soldier and he's constantly tracking mud and sand inside. Put a 4 year old and a german shep on top of that and my floors can get pretty raunchy pretty quick. I had usually scrubbed my floors with a magic eraser mop, and did it again..for the test. I was very surprised when I remopped with the H2O! I did the rest of my floors and was astounded at the dirt it picked up! It's very easy to maneuver, and although it didn't get up all of the stains my carpet is deffinately a lot cleaner now too. It doesn't smell like army boots and dog in my house anymore. My Mom who cleans houses for a living is now going to purchase one for her jobs. This Product is great!

I have had my H2O mop for 2 weeks now and am super impressed at how well it works. It did not leave streaks on my hardwood and made the kitchen and bathroom floors look brand new. I have always not liked mopping the floor, but this actually makes it enjoyable and headache free. Today I tried it on carpet. All three of the bedrooms in my house have the same carpet that is about 12years old. I finished the bedroom carpet and WOW!!! It looks brand new. I have my carpets professionally done each year, but that doesn't even compare. even walking on it, it feels like a new carpet. The one thing that stood out and amazed me is the fact that any divot in the carpet from furniture sitting on it for too long is no longer a problem...It lifted them right out and you can't even tell they were there! Wow, Great Product! Worth every penny!

I cannot believe the deep cleaning of this mop. I had mopped my floors on Monday and my H2O mop arrived on Tuesday. Of course I wanted to try it out right away. I was so disgusted to see all the dirt and grime on the cleaning pad. A few days later I mopped again with my regular cleaner and rinsed three times, until the mop rinsed clean. I was careful to rinse my mop in clear water and not dirty the cleaning solution. Before the floor was dry, because it takes so long with conventional mopping, I brought out my H2O mop and went over the surface that had appeared to be clean. While it wasn't much, there was still soil on the cleaning pad. Now I know my floors will really be clean.

I purchased this mop because I wanted an easier way to clean. My daughter just celebrated her 2nd birthday & my mop came 2 days before her party so I tried it out. It worked great and quickly I didn't have to use any pressure to get stains off. One area that is a pain is around my cat's food dish, the mop cleaned it effortlessly, I am very pleased with this product.

I am amazed at how easy this is to use and how clean it gets my laminate flooring! I am a hairdresser and bought it for my salon and it is so much faster and cleaner than using a regular mop, especially with a lot of foot traffic. It has been great since we have had a ton of snow and the salt and dirt was tracked in on the floor.

I bought the mop because I have 3 kids and 4 dogs and unfortunately, "accidents" are abudant. I have a question that I hope someone answers, if I use the mop to steam clean pet or human urine, wont that make the rest of the area that I steam also smell like urine?

Well, I finally got one, And it performed as I thought it would and better and I cleaned over 4000 sq. ft. of vinyl flooring. I tried in on only about 1500 sq. ft. and it worked well, so this weekend I used it on all 4000 sq. ft. And I'm looking to get two or three more H20 mops!

This mop is awesome! My whole downstairs is tile. I was really disgusted by how black the cleaning pads were. I have used both the disposable and the non-disposable pads. I found the disposable pads tore quickly, but then my tile floor is not entirely "smooth" and and is more "textured" which may have led to the tearing. I had no problems with tearing in the non-disposable pad. I love that you can leave the mop on a dirty spot for just a few seconds and the spot is gone! Thanks for a great product!

I have had my H2O steam mop for approximately 2 years now and I still absolutely love it! I would never have anything else. I feel like my floors are the cleanest that they can possibly be everytime I mop.

Everytime I used a regular mop I realized I was just pushing the dirt around. It was constant rinsing and wringing, and the floors still weren't clean. Plus they took a long time to dry. I like the H20 because I don't have to use chemicals, get my hands wet (with chemicals), or constantly have to wring out a dirty mop. The small streamer also gets in places the large one won't, so they make a perfect pair. I am so impressed I also bought one for my sister.

I bought this due to the prices of cleaning supplies and I hated using a mop that not only looked dirty, but never seemed to clean my floors how I like them. With three dogs and three kids I figaured what would hurt trying something new. I bought the H2O mop and I will never look back. WOW! Goodbye swiffer. I knew it wasn't getting my floors clean. I used the H20 mop and oh my gosh you wouldn't believe how black my floors were. I used my mop for the first time on Saturday, Sunday, I accidently spilled beer on my clean floor, used papertowles to clean up the beer, and was elated when I only picked up the beer off my floor. THERE WAS NO DIRT! Went over it with my H20 mop, back to CLEAN! What a product and easy to use. My floors dried in the same time as using swiffer, only they're CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. I have no wax vinyl that looks like tile with deminsional grout lines and texture surface on the tile. The h20 mop cleaned it all. I am truly thirilled with this mop.

My mother made the mistake of lending me her mop and I didn't return it promptly I love this mop. It's great to just pull out and use with no hassle. I'm begging my boss to buy one for work it's amazing.

This really is a great mop!

This is a great product. I have 2 other steam cleaners. One steamer with pumping action broke in half after only 4 uses. The other steamer is so bulky with a long hose it doesn't put out as much steam. The H20 is light and very easy to use. The steam head puts out steam evenly. My floors have never been so clean.

I can only explain the H20 mop as awesome, i used it on my carpet and it just felt a bit cleaner. I use it all the time its so quick and easy. You guys sell some great stuff on here thanks

I recieved the best Christmas present ever, my H2O Mop. I'm so very happy with it!

I have owned the H2O mop for 14 months and I am now buying filters for it. Here's my trick, I use filtered water (I use the filtered water through my fridge) and 2-3 ounces of white vinegar. This will give you the longest possible life on your filter. The machine does as advertised, except it didn't remove all the stains on my carpet. You still have to spot clean and shampoo to get the carpet really clean, but I still use my H2O mop to "freshen" them up a bit in between shampooing. It does great on sealed hardwoods and tile; dries within minutes. I LOVE this mop and definitely recommend it!

I had purchased a Shark Steam mop and I thought that was good until my Mother bought the H2O mop for me for a gift (not knowing that I had a Shark Steam Mop). Am I glad that she didn't know. I SO LOVE the H2O Mop!!!! Very easy to use and I only have to fill the tank twice to do all the floors in my house! I gave the Shark steam mop away. No more "Pumping the handle" for steam! And the H2O mop cleans a lot better and gets into places that the Shark steam mop couldn't. Thank you Thane for a fabulous product! And thanks again Mom for buying it for me!

I just used my H2O mop for the first time. Compared to the Shark I had borrowed from a friend to try....this is much more superior. The weight is great. The steam is constant. The handle is sturdy. I absolutely love it and will recommend it to my friends and family. I am going to order the disposable pads and see how those work. Will let you know.

Proud owner of my H2O mop for 5 months now and still love it. I was scared to buy it at first and researched for weeks. Now I can't believe I lived without it. I prefer the blue shag cloth attachment and have 1200sf of tile and some wood floor. Live with 3 large dogs whom go in and out and make keeping my floors clean a daily task. I just got my mop yesterday and finshed mopping today faster than ever! Love it! I have asthma, and it is LOVELY to have clean floors without chemical fumes that cause me to have breathing problems. Question: Can the microfiber mop heads be washed with bleach in the washing machine with a normal load of "whites"?

COMPANY REPLY: The microfiber pads can be machine washed 60 ºC (140 ºF, do not bleach, do not use softener, do not tumble dry. They are intended for multiple uses, however, just like any other cloth product, the life span of the microfiber pad is limited and is dependent on many other factors such as frequency of use as well as the surface of use.
The disposable pads are intended for one-time use.

I have never written a review before... for ANY product but I am so impressed with my H2O mop that I had to jump online and say something about it. I have two golden retrievers and a 1 year old. I am always paranoid that my house smells like dog and that the baby is crawling around on nasty floors. I got my mop today and I have to say that my house smells so clean and my floors have never looked better. I even used it to clean the inside of our bath tub! It's very easy to use and very light weight. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this mop about two weeks ago. I LOVE IT!! I was amazed at how much dirt it removed from my floors even after I had mopped with my swifer mop. I have used it on my tile and hardwood floors and it works really well. I purchased one for my mother who loves it as well. We both would recommend this product.

I recieved my mop today!!!! I was so excited to try it out! my twelve year old son put it together(stong hint on how easy asemble is}he was the first to try it out, he is a clean freak {wonder where he got that from?}anyway he started steamcleaning our carpets in our office we had stains that I have not been able to get out, I use to use my carpet cleaner but I would have to close our business for the floors to completly dry, and that was not fesible, and I still had spots that refused to come clean. WELL,as to no surprise the H20 mop not only got those stains out but my office floors were vertually dry,,, yes no closing to allow the carpet to dry yahoo incredible,,, is the best way to discrib this product it does all the t.v. says it will I am looking forwad to getting off work today to try it on my floors at home, and I have no dought they too will look great!! oh and delivery was only one week. Like everyone else I LOVE this H20 Mop! I hate washing floors getting down on my hands and knees. The swiffer wet mop is terrible it leaves a sticky film on my floor after using it, and it doesn't pick up all the grime either. The H20 Mop is the best thing on the market. It's light weight and easy to use. Also no chemicals to add to water. Just hot steam is what you need to pick up all dirt and grime. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

I am insane about this mop now!! Just last night I had noticed a gallon of paint was spilled on the floor and it was quickly cleaned up, but majority of it dried on the floor and so I decided to try to see if it would work on that. Sure enough it did and I started dancing I was so happy about it!! So after that was all done I quickly washed the pads and they are still good as new.

I had a gum like stain on my berber carpet for a long time I covered up with the foot stool. When I got my H2O floor cleaner my husband said lets try it on that stain. It took a couple minutes of holding over stain to steam it, but it completely removed the stain. Also dog urine from bedroom for dog sitting a year ago that would not come out. No stain there now! Thank you H2O. I love you.

I loved the way the mop cleaned the floor. It cleaned up a large stain on my new carpet well too. The portable steamer could have a larger circle brush to help clean the tile in the bath. But overall it does a good job.

.. the filter arrived!!!! :-) ..alas still no function!!.. :-( .. the reg light comes on followed by the green light but no water nor steam !!!!

COMPANY REPLY: If your H2O Mop begins to produce steam more slowly than usual or stops producing steam you may need to remove lime scale. Lime scale can develop over time on the metal parts and greatly affect the mop's performance. We recommend removing lime scale on a regular basis especially in areas with hard water. The frequency of lime scale removal depends upon the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the steam mop.
To remove lime scale from the H2O mop you can either prepare a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 tap water and ad to the water tank (see lime scale removal instructions for further detail found in the instruction manual) or you can follow these procedures:
1. Make sure that the H2O Mop is disconnected from the power supply before maintenance.
2. Remove the mop head from the main body.
3. Use any suitable metal pin (i.e. knitting needle) to remove scale deposits from the inside of the steam outlet. By moving the pin further inside the steam outlet then swirling and pushing the pin up and down you will clean the inside of the boiler. Make sure that removed scale debris get out of the boiler and steam outlet. WARNING: BE SURE THE UNIT IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER OUTLET WHEN PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE.
4. Attach the mop head to the main body and screw the philips screw until it is fully tightened.
Note: After each lime scale removal we recommend performing a test cleaning on a suitable isolated area to ensure that there is no debris left in the system.

I've had my mop for a couple weeks now and I can only say....WOW!!! I love it. How in the heck did I ever manage without it? I am wondering about the vinegar solution? Whats the ratio for the vinegar to water. Also the steamer is fantastic. I used it to clean the shower in my apartment ( you know the kind with years of soap scum buildup). Took it off slicker than a whistle. I am mega impressed.

I HATE MOPPING!!! But I can't stop with this thing! Honestly, this thing is easy and nice to use. It is fantastic! I love the hand steamer too. Only one thing about the hand steamer is the steam runs out fairly quickly. I just suggest Thane give more instructions on that, but I am a very satisfied customer. I own other Thane products and love them too. Bring the Q Grill back!

The amount of grime that comes off the floor is unbelieveable. The portable steamer made an old bathroom look shiny again.

I am a stay at home dad and look for ways to help me clean the house faster. We have all tile floors and this unit cleaned my floors in half the time than my Hoover Floor mate. I have used it twice now and it does a great job and I am 100% satisfied with. I can do the whole house with only filling the container twice. i would recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love this mop. It was my birthday gift to myself. The shipping was a little slow so select a faster delivery method if your in a hurry (like i was). I used it immediately and LOVE IT!

This H2O mop is wonderful. I went two weeks without mopping my floorings waiting for this mop to be delivered. When it was delivered, I attached the necessary parts, added the water, and plugged in the mop. This mop cleaned my floors in half the time. And the floors dryed in less than five minutes. This was a good investment.

I have yet to use the H20 mop because the directions for use were lost while my house was being cleaned. Is there any way that I could obtain a new set of directions? Please advise me via e-mail, please.

This H20 mop so far is the best and easiest way to clean the ceramic tile floor. The hidden dirts on tile are easily absorbed by the hot steamer. No hard forces to put on H20 and do the excellent cleanning job.

I love this mop. I have three children under the age of 7. I was always fighting a film haze on the floor. Come to find out it was the cleaner I was using. I used the H2O mop and I thought I had ruined my floors the haze was even worse. So I said what the heck I can't do any more damage and I tried it again this time much slower. My floors look great and have kept their shine for over a month. I have spot cleaned a couple of times but other than that nothing more then dust mopping has been needed. This mop is wonderful.

COMPANY REPLY: We only recommend Vinegar for customers that have hard water. Our suggestion would be to place the cleaning product in a spray bottle and spray your floor and Mop over it. However, this is not necessary to get your floors sparkling clean.

I thought my floors were clean until I used the mop on my clean floors... boy was I shocked! Wish the disposable pads were easier to put on and KEEP on. The handheld is wonderful, and cleans better than anything I have ever used previously.

I love how clean my floors get and how easy to use the steam mop is. I have a complaint: There's no on/off switch, so you have to unplug it to turn it off. This would be a PERFECT cleaning tool if it weren't for this drawback.

Yesterday morning I mopped my kitchen floor the old fashioned way....with a sponge mop and elbow grease. About an hour after I finished mopping, the USPS delivered my new H20 Mop. I added water and mopped the kitchen floor again. I was astounded at the amount of dirt left behind by my old sponge mop! I have arthritis in my spine and the H20 Mop is going to make my life a lot easier. I love it!

Listed below are some helpful tips to follow: To insure continued operation of the steamer, never store without cleaning and removing all excess water from the water tank. Water filter MUST be changed every three (3) months to help avoid mineral residue buildup. Mineral residue can cause an excessive buildup of pressure inside the H2O Mop unit causing the unit to become very hot and cease functioning. Just wondering if I can use this product on non sealed floors. We never sealed our tile and the hardwood floors has a finish on them anyway. So is there danger in using this on vinyl tile that also hasn't been sealed. I would like to know this before purchasing. Does the steam cause damage to non sealed floors because of the moisture?

My husband bought me the H2O Mop and I absolutely love it. So nice no more bending, squeezing and so easy. The floor dries faster than mopping. I have satillo tile which is sealed but has flat finish. After I got the mop head wet, it glided very well. Tough at first, but after a minute or two it worked fine. The only item I have EVER had that really cleaned the floor. I am about to use it upstairs on my vynal floor that is slick. I know it will work. I have recommended it to daughter..has a LOT of slick white tile, and son. I am throwing away the floor scrubber that hurts my back. Only used 3 cups distilled water to do entire downstairs, about 800 ft. Thank you for saving my back, it was quick to use also.

OH MY GOSH!!! This mop was on believable. Really, I bought it because I am so allergic to cleaning solutions and thought I would give this a try. I was really not so sure it would be so good as I have heard things about steam cleaners. However, when I got it home, we used it on the kitchen floor, which is older...and I couldn't believe it was the same floor. It was like a teeth whitener...the floor was 3 shades brighter. It is so easy to use...I cleaned the bathroom and under the radiators. The mope moves great. I steam cleaned my living room rug with the glider attachment and I couldn't believe the dirt on the pad. This mop is hands down the best and is a lifesaver. My only recommendation is that the disposable pad be made to fit better. It is hard to get them on. But once you do, they do not come off...and that is all the effort you need. Thank you so much for this product. TOTALLY RECOMMEND.

I've had my mop for several months now and still love it! After seeing how well mine worked my daughter bought one and she likes it just as well. I spray a little orange floor cleaner on floor then clean with mop for that clean fresh scent and an incredibly clean floor. I've never once regretted buying it.

I used my H2O mop once. I have asthma and I breathed much better after using this product. The remaining scent from the h20 mop was refreshing and water-based. I did not have to inhale chemicals. Laminated floorings looked great! Just do not leave it on the laminated flooring while hot.

I love my H2O mop. I use it 3 times a day on our hardwood floors. With our new baby and two dogs we are always mopping up something. I love to use it on the carpet in the bedroom and I like not having to buy expensive cleaners. I use it on everything. I even used it to steam clean our couch. It was a little hard cause I am scrawny but with a little effort it looked like brand new in a matter of 10 minutes versus the 2 hrs it usually takes with all my Kirby vacuum and shampooer equipment and it is almost dry to the touch. You will not be disappointed. One tip: Buy the washable pads. If you use it on an everyday basis they go through a beating. I bought an extra set and they are almost black now . Even after frequent washings.

I just got my h20 and I am impressed. It really works well on floors but not all the good on carpet. I am still very happy with this product and I will recommend this to all my friends. No more nasty moping water for me.I have also tried the handy steamer, also great. I just wished it was a little bigger so it could hold more water. Even my boyfriend was impressed (which is hard to do) with both machines.

The booklet states, can be used on sealed hardwood flooring, does this include 'pre-finished' hardwood, or flooring that has been sanded & sealed as a whole?

I kept watching this product on television and finally one day I walked into a retail store and there it was right in front of me. I purchased it and my only regret is that I waited so long to buy it. Excellent products, works great on my tile kitchen floor. I am disabled and I cannot use a reg. type mop. Since I've had my H20 Mop I can do my own floors and even freshen up my carst! Things are nice and very clean.

I received my steam mop and it was everything I hoped and read about. I agree with the comments I've read here. Hard to push if you don't let the pad get wet (duuh). Also, my suggestion should come with more pads and possibly 2 or 3 of the disposable pad to see which we prefer. I did pay the extra $7 or $8 to have it shipped more quickly. I got it in a week and a half. I've had a hand held steamer cleaner and loved it. IT died so I'm glad to have another one.

This is "must have" mop! I can't live without it! I do my kitchen floors once a week and this mop gets out even more dirt & grime every time I use it. I love to also use it on my area rugs for quick clean ups.

I ordered the H2O Mop last week, and my anxiously awaiting it's arrival. I have had shoulder surgeries in both shoulders, and can't really put forth enough effort to scrub floors. I got my mop 4 days ago and love it. I have carpet and tile and it works wonderful. The machine is light weight and moves around easy. I have grandchildren that are senitive to smells and alot of the cleaners out there. Now I do not have to worry about it. I have a steamer that I use and thought that having a mop that steamed the floor was a great idea and boy was it. my tile has never shine like that. The carpet looks new. Yes I have done the carpet a few times since I got it to see how much dirt the machine would get up and it picks up alot. I got the disposables and am using them first so that all that dirt will not get on the normal pads. I went green several months ago and this product is great. very easy to put together. If you have children with allergys to things that they put in cleaners or have a children the is crawling on the floor then this is the mop for you. Both of my girls are getting on for birthday or christmas.

I just ordered my very own H20 mop !! I do home health care and my client has one. The first time I used it I fell in love!!! I can't wait until it arrives.

I got my H2O mop this past weekend and put it right to work! My bathroom had ugly coarse spots all over it from where the previous owners had a dried musty hairspray type of gum on the floor. I have broken one mop and put hours of scrubbing with a scrub brush into that bathroom to no avail. I plugged the H2O mop in and with one quick swipe - the hairspray mess was gone for good! Don't question whether or not the product works - just buy it and see for yourself.
The only complaint I have is the 2 weeks it takes to arrive. Thane shipped the order within 3 days but USPS took their good old time - I tracked it the whole way and my mop sat in my home town for 3 1/2 days before being delivered. You may want to check into various shipping options for the impatient folks such as myself... regardless the mop was WELL worth the wait!

I was about to purchase a steamer cleaner and decided to do research to find the best product for my money. However, I have yet to hear a bad word about the H2O Mop and am going to give it a try. I hope that I too will have a great cleaning experience!

My mom bought the H2O mop and let me try it. I have a really big kitchen (great room) and it took so long to mop with mop and bucket that I hated cleaning my floors. With the H2O mop it takes minutes and I've never seen my floor so clean. I love the fact that it's sanitized. I'm buying my own!

This mop is great!! I also love the portable steamer which did wonders on my child's high chair that had crumbs and gunk in all the cracks. My dogs love to chew their bones on my carpet and leave hard pieces stuck to it which the mop softens right up to remove. I'm so excited and my husband loves to mop now too!! :)

I love this mop!!It is so easy to use!some people wrote negatives but there are none.Plug in wait for light to turn green push button let go and mop!!push button when done!!If it is putting out too much water you are holding the button down when mopping!sooo glad I didn't let those people influence me. I purchased the mop way back in August when I first saw it advertised on TV. I've used it ever since. The money saved from not using store bought cleaners has all but paid for the mop. The only two problems I had was I had to replace a defective tank which they company did without hestitation. That in and of itself is great customer service. The second thing is the disposable covers aren't all that good. The microfiber will last if you wash and dry them after each use. They last for about 3 months. I am on my second one and will be purchasing 2 more soon.

Hey Yaw yes this mop is wroth it. My Husband order me one for my B-day on Jan 15th. I got it on Fed 7th wroth wait. I put it to gether, then put the water in it, at 1st I said Crap this not right it was hard to push!, lol silly me you gotto give it time to get the pad wet. Then its was heaven. To Jr: I believe these reviews are for real because I have the H2O Mop myself and I love it. I have wood floors, tile and carpeting in my house and it was awesome on all surfaces. The best thing was that there were some very old urine stains in the carpet from our dog and the mop removed them completely. That amazed me because I couldn't get them out with anything else. I would definitely say go ahead and order. I LOVE mine.

Love this mop! I have had the H20 only a couple of months and it is fantastic. I use it on my kitchen and bathroom floors and they have never looked so clean. Gone are the days of washing floors on my hands and knees, the H20 gets into all the corners with no problem I LOVE it. I just purchased another one today for my daughters birthday I know she will love it too.

I don't know which review is real or fake. Sometimes you get a lot of reviews from staff and not actual customers. Iam grandma I like to rock and I do it best with my h2o mop I swivel here I swivel there it fantastic on the stairs the h2o mop is light weight I clean with ease cleaning my carpet and floors is simply breeze the h2o mop is a mean machine becaus you clean only with steam the carpet dosn't get soaked the pad dosn't get wet it the best steam machine I've used Yet cleaning my carpet and floors seams more like fun I love the results when the job is done company over no need to fret after cleaning 10 minuts the carpet all set I give the h2o mop an A plus it's plane wicked on dirt and dust .

We've had the H20 Mop for two weeks. Our home is over 3,000 sq. feet of tile and slate. I cleaned the entire house in 2 hours by myself. Previously, it took two of us mopping and drying (on hands and knees) 3.5 hrs., on a fast day.I ordered two extra microfiber pads with the original order. I may have to order two more unless the first clean was worst than the following ones. I'll certainly do it more often and they may be cleaner if I do. One of the pads had a broken drawstring but the others are fine. We have a water purification system and there was no streaking. Of course it doesn't really dry as it goes because you're shooting steam through the pads constantly, however, the pads help pick up excess moisture (depending on how fast you move the mop) and the drying time is less than 30 minutes). We love it and won't be sending it back. It is definitely worth the risk. Give it a shot, you'll be glad you did. The moving head is really functional along wall lines...we're very pleased.

I have had my h2o mop for 3 months and I love it. I have laminated floors and when I mopped with any other mop before they would streak. The h2o mop doesn't do that. I LOVE IT. I have recommended it to my Mom and sister who also have laminated floors. Thank you

This is a wonderful product, that I would definitely recommend. It uses very little water and gives amazing results. I steam cleaned my antique oriental carpet and the colors are so vibrant! It has removed stains and spills that have been there for over 20 years. You will love this. All pet odors are gone from my carpets as well. I'm telling all my friends and family!

I got my H2O mop on Dec. 31. I read some reviews on another website (after I had ordered it) and I was concerned because it had gotten a lot of bad reviews. But my experience has been great! I actually don't mind to clean my kitchen floor now and that used to be my least favorite cleaning job. (I have a pretty big kitchen and never liked other mops--and I had pretty much tried them all. I usually ended up getting down on my hands and knees and washing the floor with a wash cloth! Uck!!!) Anyway, now it's so easy and I can tell that my floor is clean! And I don't have to use any chemicals. I'm glad that I didn't just believe those other reviews and tried the product myself. Also, I have an elderly dog who sometimes has "accidents". Altho I can not use the H2O on my new Armstrong flooring, I bought the machine just for the basement & mostly the carpets. If this little jem takes out foundry foot prints, it is it's weight in gold. Ok, at first I did some research on the H20 Mop, and read that you shouldn't get it. But after reading all the reviews, I did order it and got it a few days later. I tried it out and I just have to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I'm glad I did! I have a husband, 5 kids, and a 6th one comming. It used to take me 45 minutes to do my floors, with this mop, it took me about 3 minutes, and my floors have never been cleaner! I think everybody should have this mop!

I ordered an H2O mop and should have it this week. I have read all the comments on how great it is on hard floors but I would like to read some comments on how it works on carpet stains. I ordered the H2O mop before Christmas and didn't have a chance to use it until just last week. In the mean time I saw a consumer product testing of the H2O mop on the internet on a Televison consumer watch by Liz Crenshaw ("Does it do what it says it will do?")NBC affiliate 4 from DC, Maryland and Virginia. Her suggestion was Not to purchase the product. She said it didn't do what it said it would do and not worth the money. I LOVE THIS MOP!!!! It really does what it says it will do. I have laminate floors in my kitchen, entry way and bathrooms and it is SUPER!!! Performs like it says it will and the floors feel really clean after using this product. I am glad that I didn't take her advice. Infomercial is 100% accurate. Feel safe about purchasing this product.

I just received my mop. Does great on ceramic tile. I am use to useing vinegar, for more shine, would I be able to use that instead of water? Also would I dilute it or full strength Thanks

COMPANY REPLY: Yes, you may add vinegar to the water however it is not necessary unless you have hard water. We would recommend diluting it rather than running the machine with straight vinegar.

I love my H2O Mop! I don't know what I would do without it! I have a 16 month old little girl, and she plays on the floor all day! After cleaning with the H2O Mop and saw how much stuff was on the floor, I couldn't believe I let her play in that mess all the time! This is the best cleaning product I have ever used - bar none! I have a bad back and it is hard for me to lug mop and a bucket of water around my house so consequently my floors suffered. I used up one disposable cleaner cleaning four rooms and haven't had the chance to try the terry cloth cleaner. I cannot wait to use it again. It is soooo easy a child could use it. I just finished using my h2o mop for the first time it was easy to assemble and did a tremendous job at cleaning my laminate floors, didn't leave the usual streaks that I always had after using my old mop. cleaning time is cut tremendously and the spots on my carpet came out easily thank you for a wonderful product.

When I recieced my H2o mop I was so excited that I started cleaning right then! I have a 16 month old little girl, I could not belive after cleaning the floors, that I even let her on the ground to play!! It was amazing! I am impressed with the H2O mop. After cleaning my kitchen floor, I went back over the floor with a white cloth and there was no of dirt to be found! My only advice would be to order extra pads to go with your mop as you only get 2 with the mop. Other than that, I'm pleased with the product.

I have just ordered this product and I will wait (almost) patiently for it to arrive. We have 5 kids in our home ranging from 9 years old to 2 years old along with 2 cats. Just received it Saturday .. It is the best investment I've made in a long time .. I spent two hours on my ceramic tile floors that were beyond help with 6 cats and they came back to an almost new state. This is AWESOME and I would highly recommend anyone with pets having one in the house.

Could not believe how well the mop removed a very old candle wax stain. I had tried everything. Sat the mop on the stain for a few seconds wiped with a towel and the carpet is like brand new. I love my H2O! I have actually bought 3! One for me, 1 for my daughter-in-law, & one for a friend! I love the ease it adds to moping. I mop several times a week. It is so easy. I got my H2O mop about a week ago. I love the way it cleans tile. No matter what I tried on tile it left streaks. This cleans the floors without chemicals and is very quick and easy to use. I love it.

I saw the commercial and said I've GOT to have this! I received my H2O mop a 5 days before Christmas. I used the mop 2 days after Christmas to clean up after my house party. There were black stains sat in my floor sized area rug for several years along the various other stains left after the party. Low & behold all those stains are gone! H2O Mop is amazing!

I received my H2O mop as a gift. It is the best gift I have ever received. This mop cuts my time in half when moping my floors. All the black stains in the cracks are gone! I used only water with no spray cleaners or chemicals. I will never mop the traditional way again.

Im 8 months pregnant and dont sleep to well these days so i was up late one night and saw the comercial. I usually dont buy off those things but I woke my husband and told him I HAD TO HAVE IT...so, needless to say, it was one of my christmas gifts. The H2O mop is amazing!! I asked a question a few days ago and I see that it must not have been important enough to answer, as I do not see it posted. It states that you can machine wash the microfiber cloths, however, I want to know if it is safe to use liquid fabric softener in the wash with the cloth?

I don't usually order things from info-mercials, but I got the H-2-0 MOP.

I like shiney --clean floors. I just used it for the 2nd time today. The wood, tile, and pergo floors got cleaner than ever. It's important to order 2 extra cloth pads, which I did. I used all 4 for the entire house. It wouldn't work with a dirty pad. I didn't want keep ordering disposable pads.

I had been just using "Orange Glo Hardwood cleaner". I never felt it was clean enough. But today I used the H20 mop in small areas then applied Orange Glo cleaner/polish to that area. They look new now.

COMPANY REPLY: We do not recommend putting any cleaning supplies in the H20 Mop, other than vinegar for hard water. However what we have found that works is if you put some of your favorite cleaning supplies in a spay bottle and spray the floor and then go over it with the Mop. It will leave the great scent you are looking for.

Dear H2O Mop, I had so many mops before, and it was such a problem, choosing which one of my 15 mops to use to clean the floor! Now, I just pull out my trusty H2O mop, to clean up after all the things my children are constantly dropping!

I have been using the H2O for about 3 weeks now. My house has a huge amount of ceramic tile and with 5 people and 3 dogs the mopping was endless. My floors are 20 years old now and the first time I used this mop I actually smelled a very bad odor. I got my H2O Mop as a Christmas present from my BFF Heidi. Love it!! I was skeptical at first, cause I hadn't seen it on TV, but we tried it right away on some spots on my carpet and they disappeared!! Yippee! Also, the vinyl floor in my kitchen had 'traffic area' marks. I used to scrub and scrub to get them off, but with the H2O they just come right up! Wow! I can't believe how clean my floor is now! I have a question, can I use any type of a cleaner on my floor with my steam mop, for extra dirty spots?

COMPANY REPLY: We do not recommend putting detergents directly into your mop however you can spray the areas that you feel need it and go over it with the steam mop.

I had laminate hardwood floors put down 2 years ago. I have been fighting with such a film of yuck for these 2 years until I put my steam mop to work. I now have smooth floors with no yucky film buildup. They are beautiful. I used the swiffer mop with the swiffer cleaner for hardwood and they would look okay until my kids would walk on it barefoot and my 3 dogs would come in the room with wet You could see every footprint and paw print. There is now no buildup at all. A very excellent product. Thank you very much for making my life so much easier. Your floors will be so smooth and clean.

Just got and used my H2O mop for the first time and I love it! It is better than I expected! I have lots of wood flooring in my house that normally takes lots of mopping to keep clean (I have a 15 month old so I am always cleaning my floors) but this is so much faster and easier than a regular mop! I have tried several mops and none of them have ever compared to the speed and cleanliness of the H2O mop!

COMPANY REPLY: We suggest changing the filter every 6 months. This is based on moping your floors 3 times a week. If you mop less than that you can extend the filter change a little longer. The filters can be purchased on our accessory page for this product.

I was sceptical at first. Seemed to good to be true. I cannot believe how wrong I was and how happy I am to have this product. It is truly amazing. I have tried everything on my hardwood floors and carpet. I could not believe the performance. can you machine wash the micro fiber heads or do you have to replace it after each use?

COMPANY REPLY: The Microfiber pads are machine washable and you can throw them in the dryer on a low temp. It is recommended that you replace your pad after each use, however if you are just doing a small area without a lot of dirt, you can use it more than once.

I saw that someone said they recommended putting vinegar in the water of the mop. Is that correct?

COMPANY REPLY: We recommend putting a small amount of vinegar in your water tank to help eliminate streaks from hard tap water.

I love this product. I have very old painted cabinets in my kitchen that show so much dirt and I haven't been able to get them clean. I tried the portable steamer on them and it looks like I have new cabinets! I am so glad I saw this product!

Wow! This mop ROCKS! It assembled in less than 5 minutes - just put in 2 screws! I just mopped my kitchen, dinette, foyer & powder room. I received my H2O mop on Saturday. I couldn't wait to open the box. I've already cleaned my kitchen floors and the the hardwood floors in my foyer. This week I will do my bathroom tiles and bedroom carpeting. I LOVE THIS MOP. I have a bad back and the old mop and bucket was only moving the dirt around I couldn't get on my hands and knees and lifting that bucket was getting to be too much. I would reccommend this to anyone.

I really like the H2O steam mop. I had scene a commericial for another brand and started shopping on the internet. After seeing your commercial my husband and I decided the H2O was what would work best for our use. We have used it and it works great. It is so easy, fill it once, clean the kitchen, hall and bath and just throw the pad(s) into the wash. I am going to order additional pads today to have on hand. What I was wondering is how to purchase additional filters. Are they available for purchase?

I have a bad back and was unable to scrub my floor any more on my hands and knees. I saw the H2O mop and thought I would give it a try. It works great. It is light to carry and easy to use. How long does it take to heat up the water before the mop can be used?
I currently have a steam cleaner (another brand) and it takes several minutes for the water to heat up (even very hot water).

This H20 mop is awesome! I am a neat freak..this is the first time that my floors have been TRULY clean. I can now mop without hassle even on quick spot cleans and in our kids' bathrooms. It is wonderful to not have to wait for the tile floors to dry. With 4 kids it's always been a challenge to mop because someone always walks through the kitchen when the floors are wet. Our house is on the market and I often have to clean on short notice, the floors are pristinely clean and dry in a jiffy. It leaves my hardwoods without streaks. LOVE this MOP!! I was really tired of buying different mops every few months trying to find one that worked and didn't break down. Purchased this mop on a whim and am very, very happy with it. Makes cleaning the kitchen, hallway and powder room easy. So now I clean them more often. I have two cats so there is fur everywhere - mop gets it right up. Cats sometimes upchuck fur balls but mop cleans and disinfects floor afterwards. Floors dry almost instantly and really look cleaner. Pads can go right into the wash - best thing I've purchased in a long time. Haven't used the carpet pad as yet, but I'm sure if it works anything like the mop, it will be fine. Steamer does a good job as well. Love it!

I was skeptical because it looked to good to be true but thought it was worth a try as I hate to scrub floors. I got it..used it...and I LOVE IT! I wish I would have found it sooner as it gets the floors so clean..do have some problems with the grooves in my kitchen floor but that is from built up so will clean them grooves out knowing I can now keep them clean! I cannot gush enough about the H2O mop. I've used it 3x in 5 days-it's so easy! I first cleaned my floors w/water and cleanser and then tried to see if the H20 mop would reveal anything. I was disgusted when I turned over the pad and saw the white micropad was completely gray with dirt. It has revolutionized our household. Try it on your mini-van carpets moms! I have used my mop four times now and I have never felt more confident that my floors are clean. Streaks you get with regular mops are history. Grout lines are an easy fix,turn off your mop,remove wet mop head, just put a terry cloth towel on the bottom of your mop and it will soak up the small areas of water in the grout lines. I have all tile floors. I sure hope I get years of use from this mop, its a KEEPER.

I received the steamer,too it's use is mainly to clean outdoors. The patio furniture, vinyl siding, also shower walls are good places to start. I love my H2O it works great on the carpet. Feel like I just ran a vacuum over the floor and I don't have to worry about how long the carpet cleaner has to sit on the carpet until it's ready to be wiped up.

I live in apt with carpet floor. i got two chihuahuas, theey both go to bathroom on their pee pads. but ofcuz they missed the pee pad from time to time. and omy i have pee spots everywhere, n this H20 mop is so great because,all the old stain does goes away. plus i like the fact that it uses water and not harsh chemical . plus.. the dogs hair comes off of the carpet. when i glide the mop over back n fourth i started to see my doggies hair start to apear, then i just get my vaccum n vccume the hair away. so i definitely know that particular spot is extremely clean, n not just because it seems clean.

Oh my, what can I say but the H20 Mop is a total and complete WOW! It cleans my floors with a flagrant animosity towards grime and filth that I haven't seen in over a one-hundred years.

I can't say enough good about these products. I saw strange spots appear in my carpet.(still don't know what they were from.) Tried cleaning it with my Bissell, still there. Tried various chemicals, still there. Hired "professionals", still there. Saw the ad on TV for rh H2O and thought "Why not? I've tried everything else..." The spots are gone, the carpet looks like brand new. Even the "red drink" my granddaughter spilled (the "professional" said it was permanent) is gone. I did use the small steamer on some stubborn spots and then go back over the area with the carpet steamer.
For $100.00, I saved the price of new carpet. Great products!

I just received my mop and I absolutely love it! I used to hate moping my tile floors, now it's so easy with the H2O mop. It eliminates the hassle of changing buckets of water, cleaners, etc.
The only complaint I have is that it does not really clean carpet with a steam action alone, needs sucking action to clean carpet. Also, it took way too long to get...4 weeks!
