I purchased the H20 vac with a buy one get one free, about 2 months ago. At first I wasen't so sure about using it on my burber carpet because I had only recieved the head that came with it, which was not going across the carpet to well at all. Then I called and ordered the power head and PRESTO! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Picks up soooo much and I have 3 cats and a German Shepard Dog,.... she even lets me use the vacume on her, on the less suction settings.... now thats a sale! I very much recomend this vac. I don't like vacuuming but I like vacuuming with the H20 vac. I like that it traps everything so that I don't have to mess around with dirt like I used to.

I have purchased many different vacuums over the years-but the H20-vac....is in a league all on its own...IT REALLY gets your carpets CLEAN-its scary how much dirt/dust is visable after the first vacuum....

I was given one as a gift from my sister. I love this vaccum. It makes it so easy to go straight from carpet to regular floors. Dusting is a breeze, and it definately helps to clear the air of allergens.

I also have two dogs and a long hair cat (in fact, I have 3 cats and 2 German Shephards that think they are cats). My husband and I saw the Infomercial on TV and took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 for free offer back in Aug 2008. Upon arrival, we assembled one vacum and put the 2nd in our camper, which we did not assemble until recently. At first I was not crazy about the vacum at home, so I just set it in the closet and continued to use my heavy upright. We recently assembled the 2nd vacum to use in our camper and I fell in love with it (dogs and the one long-haired cat go with us to our campsite.) When I got home I pulled out the home vacum and still was not thrilled. Upon inspection, I discovered I only received one PowerHead, which was with the camper vacum. The one at home only had the stamdard head, which does not have the rotating brushes. I located the owner's manual and discovered that the PowerHead was an OPTIONAL ITEM, which I must have ordered separate I wish I had realized this earlier. I could have been enjoying my new vacum for almost a year now, instead of letting it sit in the closet, collecting dust.

I recently order the turbo vac a few months back. I absolutly love it. At first I was disappointed because I order the power head attachment and thought it was to shampoo the carpets. So I have been using the bare floor attachment instead on my carpets. Well that was a lot of work but then I figured it out and I love it. I have a golden retriever who sheds a WHOLE LOT!!! and it just picked the hair all up with no problem. It picks dust up too.

We purchased the H20 Vac and love it. We gave our 2nd Vac to my mother in law and she can't believe how great it is.

I am thinking of getting an amazing H2O Vac Turbo, but wondering if I clean Hepa Filter on a regular basis, Is it still nessesary to purchase extra Hepa Filters every 3-4 months?
COMPANY REPLY: The HEPA filter should be cleaned or replaced every 4 months for optimal performance. The filter should also be cleaned by gently shaking it to remove accumulated dust/dirt, then washing it under cold running water after 5 to 6 times of usage or if it is visibly dirty.

This is the BEST vacuum cleaner I have ever had! It really does do everything that is advertised! A month earlier I almost bought an expensive Kerby vacuum. I am so glad I didn't. The H20 is way better that the Kerby and is economical compared to it. I kept both vacuums! I like it so much I am eventually going to purchase the steam mop too! Way to go H2O!

Company Reply: The filter should be cleaned after 5 to 6 times of usage or if it is visibly dirty. The suction power will reduce if you do not clean the filter frequently. When in operation, the filter should be locked in place. The filter can be used after it is completely dry. Check the filter to be sure it fits properly and is not damaged before reusing. The HEPA filter should be cleaned or replaced every 4 months for optimal performance. However this will depend on the frequency of use and may need replacing more often. Clean the HEPA filter by gently shaking it to remove accumulated dust/dirt, then wash it under cold running water. The HEPA filter should not be washed with hot water or any detergents. When removing dust and dirt do not use any brush or other sharp objects that can cause damage. Let it completely dry before inserting back into the vacuum. Note: Remember to empty water tank before turning the unit upside down to avoid water spillage.

If you have dogs you need an H20 Turbo. I hated my smelly wet/dry vac. This vac is so sanitary to maintain after cleaning up doggie accidents.

I have 3 small dogs that do bad things on my carpets.I bought the H20Turbo mainly for the ease of cleaning after wet-dog-puddle duties. I am very pleased. So easy and sanitary! My old wet/dry vac was a nightmare--yucky stinky foam filter I had to endure or struggle to remove to clean/replace.

I recently ordered both the H20 mop, and the Turbo vac. I am very impressed with both. Each does what is promised of it. I use my cleaners nearly every day. I love the design and job that each does.
My only suggestion is that a larger standard powerhead be designed to accomadate larger carpeted areas. I am very happy with each product, and have reccomended each to others who have expressed an interst.

I used to sell Rainbow Vacuums several years ago and I have wanted to buy one ever since, but they are just too expensive. When I saw your commercial, I knew I had to try it. It works at least as good, if not better, than the Rainbow, but with your offer, I got two of them. One for the house, and one for the garage. This truly is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used and I will tell everyone I know about it.

I am looking at the Turbo Vac now as my grandson broke my Rainbow and it can't be fixed. My grandma had the Rainbow remembering how much dirt she would trap and she would vac every other day, so I bought one. They are so expensive and work very much like the Turbo H2O with water trapping dirt mechanization so I can't wait to buy the Turbo Vac today, get it and use it. Some of the features it has is more then the Rainbow., Like the Hepa Filter I believe.

This is one of the best machines I have ever used to vacuum. While I was dusting an area with a Swiffer product, it was dark so I got a flash light and then I could really see the dust flying, so I got the H20 Turbo in there and honestly I could not see a speck of dirt/dust flying in the air. Amazing!

Best vac I ever bought. When I received it I put it to the test right away. I first vacumed all my rugs with my kirby, then I used the turbo vac and was amazed at how much dirt was left in my rugs. The turbo vac completely picked up what the kirby had left behind.I believe every one should own this great vacume cleaner.

I took advantage of your Two H2O Vacs deal. One Vac is kept upstairs so our housekeeper is not forced to lug the heavy Electrolux. The second H20 Vac is kept downstairs in my Cottage Based Business area called the candy store.

The water filtration is superior at trapping dust and odors compared to our Electrolux which exhausts a smelly odor along with the noise of a Jumbo Jet taking off at SFIA airport.

The quality of the H2O Vac met my expectations. Only the Crevis-Brush Tool cracked when I was cleaning out my Subaru Wagon, but I was able to 'fix' it.

I've used my H20 Vac to tackle sand, dirt, and would you believe fireplace ash! The H2O Vac does not blow that Ash into the air like other wet & dry vacs. Since the Ash will build up fast in the water filtration system, it is advisable to remove as much Ash as possible with a fireplace shovel and then finish up with the H2O Vac.

Can't wait to order the H2O Steam Mop and Handheld Steamer.

I could not believe what the H20 Turbo picked up.
Unlike the so-called cyclonic units, the unit met and exceeded my expectations. As a pet owner, it removed hair that was not visible and I was totally astounded with the power of the machine. Even with a twenty foot extension, the power is amazing!

This product rates a definate ten in my evaluation and I received it only a few days ago. I will keep the other machine as a back-up, but I expect the first machine will last for a very long time. Mr. Oreck has a definate reason to worry.

Can I vacuum my entire house without having to stop and change out the water in the chamber? The chamber lookes quite small for doing a typ. whole house vac job.

I have used all types of sweepers: Rainbo,sweepers with bags and other bagless sweepers to clean with. I like the H2o to clean with-I gave the 2nd one to my daughter ( she would like a Dyson ) but she likes her H2O also.
