  If you are not thrilled with the results, you have 30 days from the day you receive the product to ship it back for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.

• Billing Questions
  • Priority Processing- Priority Processing will ensure that your product is shipped first based upon available inventory. Priority Processing places your order in queue before all existing standard processing orders for the same products.
  • Multi Payments- Thane offers multiple payment options for each of our products. Your purchase can be divided into equal payments that are spread out over a predetermined period of time with the shipping, handling and tax added to the first of these payments. Multi payment options vary depending on the product purchased and are offered during the final checkout process. Multi payments are not available on all Thane products.
  • Updating Payment details for Recurring Charges- currently we do not have this option online. Please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
  • Refund status- In order to be eligible for a refund you must first call our Customer Service number to receive an RA number. Once Thane has received your product in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Money Back Guarantee- your refund will be processed. Refunds are processed within three business days of receipt of your return. However, it can take up to the 3 weeks to post to your account depending on your credit card issuer or method of payment. If you have been issued an RA, sent the product back and 3 weeks have passed- we advise you to contact our Customer Service Department.
