• Billing Questions

  • Priority Processing- Priority Processing will ensure that your product is shipped first based upon available inventory. Priority Processing places your order in queue before all existing standard processing orders for the same products.
  • Multi Payments- Thane offers multiple payment options for each of our products. Your purchase can be divided into equal payments that are spread out over a predetermined period of time with the shipping, handling and tax added to the first of these payments.   • Refund status- In order to be eligible for a refund you must first call our Customer Service number to receive an RA number. Refunds are processed within three business days of receipt of your return. However, it can take up to the 3 weeks to post to your account depending on your credit card issuer or method of payment.
